True success in this life comes in consecrating our lives—that is, our time and choices—to God’s purposes (see John 17:1, 4; D&C 19:19). In so doing, we permit Him to raise us to our highest destiny.

The family is ordained of God. Through sacred covenants available in temples, our relationships with family members can last forever. By living the principles of the gospel, families can be strengthened and grow closer together, even in difficult circumstances. When complete, this new section will provide teachings and resources to help strengthen marriages, as well as relationships with children, siblings, and parents.

The destiny of man and of nations is always being decided. Is it not time that God sent out a great army to revive a dying world? We may not be responsible for past generations, but we may not escape the full responsibility for this world. Our time has come. And though we may not remember this hour, this commitment. We must not fail. When in doubt we must look upward. When we fall we must seek mercy. For this is our charge, our privilige our Sacred duty, to gather our brothers and sisters and return with honor.
