Rainbow Love

So, I got this picture as we were leaving a dinner appointment with some members of the congregation I am serving in. When I saw it, I HAD to stop and take a picture. What a beautiful sight a rainbow is.
Then my companion, Sis. Holm, taught me what a rainbow symbolizes. I never even realized that it actually meant something specific.

If you remember after the flood with Noah there was a rainbow that appeared. The Rainbow was the signify that never again would there be a flood to cleanse the earth. The Rainbow signifies the covenant that God will never do that again.

It's a symbol to me to be obedient and to heed to the prophets words.

  2. Who is this prophet that you speak of?

  3. Thomas S. Monson is the current prophet today. But we are to heed to the words of prophet today as well as all those in the past that we read about in the scriptures; both the Bible and the Book of Mormon.
